TERMS & CONDITIONS
THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY TO ALL DELIVERIES FROM JOE AND MONROE. CONDITIONS APPLY IN CASES WHERE NO OTHER WRITTEN AGREEMENT EXISTS BETWEEN YOU AS BUYER AND JOE AND MONROE.
DELIVERY AND TRANSPORT
THE SHIPMENT OF GOODS WILL BE DELIVERED AT THE CONSUMER'S ADDRESS WITH UPS, FEDEX, OR USPOS WITHIN 1 - 5 BUSINESS DAYS. DELIVERY OF GOODS FROM JOE AND MONROE IS CONSIDERED COMPLETE WHEN THE CONSUMER HAS RECEIVED THE GOODS ORDERED.
RETURNS
JOE AND MONROE OFFERS A 14 DAY RETURN POLICY, EFFECTIVE FROM THE DAY YOU RECEIVE YOUR GOODS. ITEMS MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION AND UNBURNED WITH LABELS IN PLACE. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH RETURNING THE GOODS. IF RETURNING AN ITEM FROM OUTSIDE THE USA, PLEASE CLEARLY MARK 'RETURNED ITEMS' ON THE OUTER PACKAGING OF YOUR PARCEL AND MOST IMPORTANTLY ENSURE THAT THE 'RETURN GOODS' OPTION IS TICKED ON THE CUSTOMS DECLARATION FORM, TO PREVENT ANY IMPORT CHARGES AND TAXES BEING APPLIED. JOE AND MONROE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RETURN CUSTOM CHARGES MADE. PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL RETURN PACKAGES ARE SENT WITH A TRACKABLE, INSURED SERVICE. PACKAGES MUST BE DELIVERED DIRECTLY TO THE JOE AND MONROE WHAREHOUSE.
